coconut rose chocolates
mmm...homemade chocolate. so simple, delicious and easy. i love!
gently melt 1 cup coconut oil and sweetener, (i prefer coconut sugar, but anything will do, including a liquid such as maple syrup), remove from heat, add a hearty dash of vanilla, a pinch of salt, 3-4 drops rose essential oil and 1 cup cocoa or cacoa powder. whisk well and pour into a small baking dish lined with parchment. sprinkle something yummy on top if you wish. cool in the freezer for a bit of time, then remove from pan and cut into squares or pretty shapes. nibble in the window seat sunshine with a cup of chai.
