eatin' like the old folks

i'm settling into my cleanse, focusing on the do's and still allowing myself little crutches, like bites of roast and a potluck chip or three. working down from the paleolithic era to the ice ages, as dr. mike, my cleanse teacher, would say. living on smoothies, eggs, light salads, seafood (preferably raw!), sea veggies and fowl.  making food so yum samwell tells me to take a picture.

coconut blackberry ice cream



just eat real food,
