autumn presses

these days life feels like it's loaded with pressed leaves, in the clamps, drying and flattening. it's nearly one thing after another.

that said, i am learning to relax. it feels amazing. like orgasm, yoga and loving. really. my heart all gushy and caring. i'm grateful for the supportive thoughts moving through me. because of this woman's guidance: healthjourneys.com. i'm going on adventures with her a couple times a day and they are really helping. some of my favorites:

i am letting go of worrying about things beyond my control and instead focusing on my own inner peacefulness.

i know that there will come a time when this will be over and i will feel content.

like a powerful magnet, all the love and sweetness, good wishes and smiles, care and support that has ever been sent your way is coming to you now. call them home.

also on the good news roll: my bicycle was stolen for seven days and then it came back! sandy filthy with a few new tears in the old seat but here just the same, the old purple pony. the kids say it went on an adventure through some sand to the river and slept, then came back. samuel thinks it visited the fairies. i wonder if this is the reset button. from here on all the shitty will unfurl, uncurl and be undone. mistress spider pulling out some inches in pursuit of a smooth signature. yes please.

now i leave this screen for the fog and yellow aspen coins, their nimble fingers feeling the wind. and chai, of course.
